We use WebTrain Web Conferencing software to demonstrate and instruct. Due to the nature of the training environment, we monitor individuals entering our classroom. We record both audio and video of all classroom sessions. This ensures records are kept in the event of a dispute. We also place these recordings in archives for reference by students. All participants IPs and login information are logged.

A certificate serves as an electronic "passport" that establishes an online entity's credentials when doing business on the web. When an Internet user attempts to send confidential information to a web server, the user's browser will access the server's digital certificate and establish a secure connection. The usage of this certificate along with logging, monitoring, and closely restricting access to sensitive areas provides maximum security for your important data.
