Classroom Privacy
We use WebTrain Web Conferencing software to demonstrate and instruct. Due to the nature of the training environment, we monitor individuals entering our classroom. We record both audio and video of all classroom sessions. This ensures records are kept in the event of a dispute. We also place these recordings in archives for reference by students. All participants IPs and login information are logged.
What information do we collect? How is this information used?
This site collects personal information from VBTC admissions applications. We may also log IP addresses along with other browser information. This information is used to ensure security and continually develop and improve our site. We may contact individuals who have applied for the program by phone and email. Individuals may be placed on a newsletter mailing list by applying for the program. Other specialized groups, such as VA Counselors or legislators may be placed on a mailing list for special mailings. You may opt-out of receiving future online communications at any time.
What are cookies? How do we use them?
Cookies assist gathering basic tracking information of an individual's online visit. Cookies are not correlated to any personally identifiable information and are not employed to retrieve information from your computer that was not originally sent in a cookie. Will we disclose information we collect to third parties?

Is our site secure?
On any page where we ask for personal or private information, we will direct you to a secure URL where we employ a SSL certificate.
